Online classes give you the flexibility to work out from your home without compromising on the quality of your workout.
Classes are grouped by length of time as well as difficulty level, so you will always be able to find something to fit into your schedule. We are adding to the online collection all the time, so there's always something new to try, and you can choose to 'like' a class so you'll never have to hunt for that favourite workout again.
If you prefer to have a time-specific workout, join our 'live-streamed/in-person' classes on the timetable.
Our physio workouts are designed to keep you on track with your rehab exercises, so you never forget those helpful cues and watchpoints.

Comfortable clothing which allows a full range of movement.
For circuit and high impact classes you will need shoes.
The instructor will welcome you to the class when you log on, but you don't need to have your camera on if you prefer not to. Instructors mute all clients during the class to avoid audio feedback and to keep the class flowing. Of course if you have questions you can unmute yourself and speak to the instructor directly.
Most classes do not require any special equipment other than your mat. A resistance band and a roller are really good investments if you are going to attend live streamed classes. You can use cans or water bottles for weights if needed, but a set of dumbbells is a good idea if you want to do fitness and circuit classes regularly.
Classes are designed for clients to participate directly in front of the screen, so floor space is really just the size of your mat.
Always have a bottle of water handy to hydrate whenever you need to.
