Pregnancy Class

Kirsty Murray is taking a new Pregnancy Class at 7pm on Tuesdays for 45 minutes.

We run both Mat and Reformer based Pilates Classes appropriate for any stage of pregnancy. A mixture of props are used, including swiss balls, light weights and therabands. We provide a workout that is challenging and varied, whilst embracing the changes and development of the body during pregnancy.
