re:ab Run Club

re:ab has a run club on Fridays 9.30am; it is for everyone - those that love running, those that want to walk/run, and even those that hate running but want to give it a try. We all know how important strength training is for our bodies, but we also need cardio and to work on our endurance as this improves our mitochondria (our cells' powerhouse). Running or run/walking does this.

The Friday Run Club will leave and return to re:ab; we will use Grey Lynn Park as a base, and different groups will be set different drills or tasks depending on ability. There really will be something for everyone.

Dogs are welcome on a short leash. Come along!
