In New Zealand Amanda has written pilates teacher training content as lead trainer and manager for a NZ based pilates training organisation. Amanda is inspired by the constant challenge that pilates presents both in her own body and in those of her clients.
By correcting misalignments, muscle imbalances, and improving posture, pilates can make a dramatic difference to the lives of everyone – from those suffering injuries or illness to professional athletes.
Claudia is a qualified Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist. Claudia gained her initial pilates qualification with BASI Pilates and, being a Yoga teacher already, it supported her in improving the quality of the pilates classes she teaches.
Elaine is a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher who enjoys teaching classes that combine playful sequencing with mindful movement.
Rachael graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has particular interest in postural patterning, spine pain, hip dysfunction and mobility focused rehab.
