This class is especially designed for mums to bring their baby to class (while they are able to stay safely on a mat next to you!) A blanket can be provided for babies or you may choose to bring your own. Attention is paid to understanding and encouraging the recruitment of pelvic floor and low abdominals. Expect a variety of exercises to work your arms and legs, as well as helping you to connect with your core muscles. re:ab provides a supportive atmosphere to encourage mums back into exercise. You must have received sign off from your Lead Maternity Carer before attending this class.
Suitable for all levels, this class is led by a qualified Physiotherapist and focuses on using the reformer for a total body workout and injury rehabilitation.
This 45 minute class is designed to support clients keen to work with free weights but who would appreciate a slower tempo.
