This class is a smaller slower paced reformer class with lots of individual attention and modifications. It is perfect for clients who are recovering from injury, those dealing with longer term aches and pains as well as complete beginners.
Kirsty is very experienced in teaching both ante and post natal pilates and therefore ladies who are pregnant or post natal are also very welcome to join this class and will be guided with appropriate modifications.
We recommend anyone who is new to pilates, early post natal or has an ongoing injury to have a 1-1 pilates session with one of our experienced physios before joining the class so that the repertoire in class can be tailored appropriately to everyone’s individual needs.
