This class is taken by a physiotherapist and is a mat/ reformer based class appropriate for any stage of pregnancy. A mixture of props is used, including swiss balls, light weights and therabands. We provide a workout that is challenging and varied, whilst embracing the changes and development of the body during pregnancy. You must have received sign off from your Lead Maternity Carer before attending this class.
