Pilates - Shoulder rehab

Do you suffer from shoulder pain or tightness in the shoulder joint? This class is for you! Tuesdays, 11.30 with Mel.

Shoulder pain is one of the most common upper limb ailments in the adult population. Pilates can greatly improve mobility and relieve pain in the shoulder.

This class is a targeted shoulder and upper back workout for people who are:

  • experiencing niggles in their shoulders, upper back or neck when working out;
  • recovering from a shoulder injury; or
  • are just wanting better strength and range of movement in their shoulders to improve your general workout.
