Our 45 mins spin sculpt classes combine your cardio leg workout with some upper body strength work. The first section of class is on the spin bikes, after some hills and intervals sets, the second section uses weights and small props to build some upper body strength. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Towels are available to hire at reception for $2 and we also sell water if you forget.
